Morning Invigoration Yoga

Scenic Mountain Hike

Wake up to amazing views and enjoy a movement and stretching invigorating yoga class out on the deck! Breathe in the cool mountain air at 8,800 feet and maybe a visit from a deer or an elk.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared daily by our own in-house private chef. Vegetarian with gluten free, vegan and nut free options. Some favorites are mushroom/sweet potato burgers, vegetable fajitas, buckwheat cookies, lentil soup, quinoa salad and chocolate beet brownies.

Connect with nature as we go for a hike in the Rocky Mountains, and maybe see a herd of elk.

Afternoon Restorative Yoga

Evening Meditation

After a stimulating hike come back and relax and restore. Allowing gravity and props to support, the body will gently open up, finding calm and peace. Or take a dip into the outdoor hot tub with panoramic views.

Hands on cooking class with Roz, our in house chef and nutritionist. Learn how to prepare delicious vegetarian meals or sit and enjoy watching her work all while receiving all the nutritional information for your best health and wellness. (Including tips for weight loss, vegan and gluten free).

Evenings are reserved for sacred ceremony, magical drum circle, yoga nidra, gong meditation, essential oil bending, and many more surprises.
